hi! i'm lauren. i take photos, fold paper, doodle, read, blog, cry in sappy movies when watching alone, cuddle cats, study cultural anthropology, ride the bus to work, recycle, snort when i laugh too much, wear my hair in a ponytail, eat my fries with mayonnaise, do collabidabs work with my boyfriend, deliberately write in lowercase most of the time, and take more photos (the fun, nonprofessional kind).

this is my project 52 blog for 2010: to come up with something 'creative' every thursday (though i might not be able to post updates until friday or the weekend, ha ha ha). by creative i mean photos, doodles, paper crafts, and whatever pa-artsy stuff comes to mind (or gets lifted from the intarwebs). :D

thursday #50.  turquoise and more. trying to get into the holiday spirit by buying colorful round rags and having my nails painted turquoise.  i just came from a very demure pink for my bro’s purple wedding and now i want to be all christmasy, so fun color it is.  :) also, it’s been a busy couple of weeks and i wasn’t able to do anything “creative” at all…  it’s almost the end of the year and the end of the project, and somehow i want to end it with something really special.  :)
